The story of Matilde Vicenzi begins in 1905, when Matilde opened her first pastry shop on the outskirts of Verona. With passion and craftsmanship, she prepared her cookies and pastries, with each recipe crafted with the utmost care.
In 1912, the small artisanal bakery grew into a full-fledged company. Today, Matilde's original recipe book is still preserved with reverence, and tradition and innovation form the core of our success.
